Digital Records Management System using the National Communications Authority (NCA) as a case study

Led a three-person team to develop a comprehensive Digital Records Management System as a final year project at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. This project, focused on streamlining data storage, retrieval, and management, leveraged advanced web technologies and stringent security measures.

The solution utilized PHP for backend processing, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, and MySQL for database management, ensuring data integrity and security. The system enhanced organizational efficiency by providing real-time access to critical records, implementing secure access controls, and integrating user-friendly interfaces.

This project demonstrates a deep understanding of system security, database architecture, and web development, exceeding client expectations by providing a secure, scalable solution to manage large volumes of sensitive data.

The system's backend utilizes encrypted data storage and role-based access control, while the frontend offers a responsive design, ensuring accessibility on both desktop and mobile devices. This project showcases the practical application of my skills in PHP, MySQL, and cybersecurity principles in a real-world scenario.
